How it works

Complete the form below and tell us of your prospect.  Where are you in the development of the project, circumstances and what you think you might need.  If there is a fire boss available they will schedule your free consultation! 

 If your project or idea is outside current Fire Boss' realms of expertise, or if they are booked to capacity, you may receive an email and/or resource list.  

It is possible you will only need this one meeting with a Fire Boss.  This would be the ideal scenario--you get an accountability partner who is looking out for you and your idea, provides some clarity or landmarks on your road to success.    It may also be that mapping your exploration is  straightforward,  your needs may be clear and 25 minutes in a ZOOM format will give you the blast you need to continue your efforts in earnest and with renewed vigor.  

It is also possible that the free consultation alerts you to some potential barriers and challenges or suggests a redirect.  It is always our goal to support efforts of civc engagement and personal development, so we hope this doesn't happen too often.

More structured sessions may be desirable depending on your comfort level, appetite for risk, or desire to explore additional options or simply desire for accountability and thought partner.  

 Committing to leverage your strengths for change may require additional personal development, skill building or research.  While one hour can be scheduled at a time, scheduling priority is given to those with client packages.
